The short version: your progress is stored locally. Google Play handles payments, and Google Mobile Ads handles ads and consent.
Information we handle
Neon Guardian stores game progress, settings, virtual currency balances, purchase entitlements, and limited gameplay event logs on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not send those local save files or gameplay logs to a Wildcell Studio server.
The app uses Google Play Billing for purchases and Google Mobile Ads for rewarded and interstitial advertising. Those Google services may process purchase information, IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's policies.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the game, remember progress, deliver purchases, provide ads and ad rewards, prevent fraud, measure technical reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and consent
Rewarded ads are optional and grant the reward described before viewing. Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks. Where required, the app presents Google's consent message before requesting ads and provides a Privacy Options control in the in-game shop. An eligible ad-free 30-day command card converts rewarded-ad benefits into direct claims and suppresses interstitial ads until its displayed expiry. It is a repeatable one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Wildcell Studio receives the product, transaction status, and entitlement information needed to fulfill your order. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Storage, retention, and choices
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Google retains data processed by Google Play and Google Mobile Ads under its own retention rules. You can reset or withdraw eligible advertising choices through Privacy Options, manage purchases in Google Play, or remove local data through Android's app settings.
Request data deletion: email victorgameceo@gmail.com with the subject “Neon Guardian data deletion request” and describe the device, purchase, or advertising data involved. Wildcell Studio will confirm the request, delete any eligible data it controls, and help route requests concerning Google Play or Google Mobile Ads. Local save progress must be deleted on the device by clearing app storage or uninstalling Neon Guardian. Transaction records that Google or Wildcell Studio must retain for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance may be kept for the period required by the applicable provider or law.
Children
Neon Guardian is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the app, contact us so we can help route the request.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by the app. No system is completely secure. We may update this notice when the game or its service providers change; the revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.
